Colibrí Jiménez is originally from Tepoztlán, Morelos. She began her passion and love for cooking at a very young age with the recipes and culinary traditions of her maternal grandmother Guadalupe. After extensive academic training and experience in kitchens around the world, Colibrí now works with Mexican ingredients to highlight and revalue them in a sensitive and sustainable creation, as a return to the most natural and to the origin of these endemic ingredients of Mexico.
