Do you always have a cold? I often get sick with any change in weather, and let’s not even talk about the air conditioning; it’s my worst enemy. Because of all this, my friend recommended a tea that helps prevent colds and is very easy to prepare.
I couldn't keep this tip to myself, so I'm sharing it with you so you can also prepare this ginger tea that will not only help you avoid colds but is also great for improving digestion, reducing inflammation, and alleviating nausea for pregnant women; pretty interesting, right?
How to Prepare It?
Boil some water and when it’s boiling, add 4 slices of natural ginger without the skin, wait a few minutes until the water takes on a medium yellow color and you’re done!
If you prefer, you can also buy ginger powder, which you can find in any store that sells Chinese or Korean food. Half a teaspoon in a glass of boiled water is more than enough.
You can also consume ginger in other forms and you'll get the same benefits.
