How to make coconut milk

You have no idea the coconut craving I had... I think I don't want to accept that my vacation is over and I've left the beach behind, ha ha ha. Well, the truth is that it’s no longer hot enough for my coconut ice cream, so I decided to transform my craving for ice cream into coconut milk. Honestly, I was a bit nervous that it wouldn’t turn out well, but I must say it came out spectacular; another discovery was that… I managed to make my own coconut oil! Ingredients: 1 Coconut Preparation: Grab your coconut and check which of the three openings or holes is the softest, so you can make a hole more easily. Now put the coconut water in the blender. Once your coconut is without water, put it in a cloth bag, hit it with a hammer or smash it against the floor to break it into pieces. Then put the pieces into the blender along with the water, and now blend it. When everything is blended, transfer it to a processor and get ready for your coconut milk; depending on how thick you want it, see if you add water or not. The processor will leave the coconut remnants dry. You can also use that for fruit, or even better, for some coconut shrimp. Click here to find the recipe. Delicious! Finally (here's a trick), don’t wash the processor. It will leave a kind of grease, take it out and make little balls with it. Coat them with the dry coconut you took out of the processor and store them in the fridge. When you go to shower, take out a ball, rub it on your body, and your skin will feel divine. What do you think? Isn't the recipe cool? So easy and with so many benefits. Honestly, I had never had the chance to have my own coconut oil… so natural.
