For this cold weather, who doesn't enjoy a good hot chocolate? It's a classic of the holiday season, and there are several ways to make it. Everyone has their favorite cocoa or chocolate, but here are some ways to turn it into the best hot chocolate.
Express
Making quick chocolate is very easy; all you have to do is take a cup and add one tablespoon of cocoa powder and two of sugar. To this mixture, add your preference of boiling water or chocolate, and you’re done. You can add marshmallows or cookie pieces if you like.
Stovetop
In any pot you have at home, pour in two cups of milk. Next, add four tablespoons of cocoa powder or pieces of chocolate and the same amount of sugar. If you wish, you can add a quarter of a bar of butter to make your chocolate smoother. Heat until it boils and serve. Once served, if you want to add a bit more aroma, you can put in a couple of drops of vanilla extract.
Microwave
This is one of the kids' favorites. All you need to do is put about two tablespoons of chocolate syrup in a cup, then in a separate glass container, pour a teaspoon of cocoa powder and half a cup of milk. Heat the milk mixture for 45 seconds in the microwave and pour it over the cup with the chocolate syrup. Finally, add a little whipped cream, and you're done.
Creamy
Take two tablespoons of cocoa powder and add them to a large cup. Then take ¾ cup of milk and whisk it with a balloon whisk until it is thick and frothy. Pour the still-cold milk into your cocoa powder in the cup and then add boiling water until you fill 80% of the cup. Add two teaspoons of sugar and finish with a bit of cold milk.
Remember that in winter, it's important to keep the temperature high to avoid feeling cold and suffering from illnesses, so hot chocolate not only contributes all the benefits of cocoa but also keeps you warm, and of course, provides a delicious experience.
