General Conditions of the Contest Chayote Cakes in Chipotle Sauce Recipe - KIWILIMÓN® - JUSTO® GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTESTThis contest is presented by Kiwilimón, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (“Kiwilimón®”) and Justo®1.- Conditions to participate: All users over the age of majority, residing in the United Mexican States (Mexico), Mexico City, and the Metropolitan Area may participate.   Contest Features:The user must send a healthy recipe to the email concursos@kiwilimon.com. Those who send their recipe between June 4 and June 12, 2021 will participate. The first 10 users who send a healthy recipe will win.  2.- Editorial Principles: Through this contest, Kiwilimón® seeks to promote:Honesty: The recipe you share must be your own.Respect and camaraderie: Kiwilimón® through this and all its contests aims to connect users with each other, as well as with the page administrators, in the search for a space that connects the ideas and creativity of users. Therefore, to safeguard these principles, Kiwilimón® reserves the right to disqualify any user from the contest who exhibits behaviors contrary to good practices and the ethical principles outlined in clauses a) and b) of this point, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Likewise, Kiwilimón® reserves the right to disqualify from the contest all participants who alter or attempt to alter or manipulate the contest.3.- Contest Mechanics: To participate in this contest:Send your healthy recipe to concursos@kiwilimon.com from  June 4 to June 12, 2021, the first 10 to send their recipe and who live in Mexico City and the Metropolitan Area will win. The winners will be contacted via email to request their address and send a basket with Justo® products so they can attend the live Kiwilimón class via Facebook and Instagram on June 14 at 6:00 PM. 4.- Selection Criteria: The winners will be the first 10 users who send their healthy recipe to the email concursos@kiwilimon.com from  June 4 to June 12, 2021 and who live in Mexico City. 5.- Validity*: You can participate until June 12, 2021. Winners will be notified via email.  6.- Winner's Prize: 10 winners will be chosen to receive as a prize:1 basket with Justo® products containing the ingredients to make the recipe Chayote Cakes in Chipotle Sauce (egg, panela cheese, thyme, bay leaf, tomato, onion, garlic, and peppers), which will be broadcast live on June 14 at 6 PM through Kiwilimón's Facebook and Instagram accounts. Personal data and address of each winner will be requested via email irais@artillero.mx, who will coordinate the shipping via courier on June 13 and 14. Currently, this contest is only held for residents of Mexico City. The user participating in this contest expressly acknowledges that the recipe with which they participate has not been taken from another source and/or altered, but is original, thus recognizing and guaranteeing that it does not violate any intellectual property rights of third parties; likewise, they commit to hold Kiwilimón® harmless from any claim, lawsuit, or legal action from third parties that may arise, as well as indemnifying it for any expenses incurred by Kiwilimón® in the event of any controversy. Likewise, it is understood that by participating in this contest: (i) the user expressly and irrevocably grants Kiwilimón all the patrimonial rights derived from the photographs that users send to Kiwilimón® to participate, with the user reserving no rights. For these purposes, patrimonial rights are understood to be those indicated in articles 24 to 29 and other relevant and applicable provisions of the Federal Copyright Law; and (ii) the user expressly authorizes Kiwilimón® to reproduce the recipe with which they participate. By virtue of the above, Kiwilimón® will be entitled to exploit any of the recipes that the user shares to participate in the contest, including but not limited to: disclosure, dissemination, publication, production, transmission, printing, recording, editing, exhibition, modification, implementation, public communication, distribution to the public (with or without advertising purposes), translation, reproduction, adaptation, compilation, paraphrasing, arrangement, or any other form of exploitation permitted by the Federal Copyright Law and articles 16, 21, 24, 30, 31, 83 bis and other relevant and applicable provisions of the same regulation, as well as the legislation in the field. Such exploitation may be carried out in the United Mexican States or abroad.By virtue of the above, Kiwilimón® will be the sole holder of the patrimonial copyright derived from the photographs; as a consequence, Kiwilimón® may also assign, license, encumber, or alienate these rights in any form, whether total or partial, when it deems appropriate, without the undersigned having any right to subsequent payment.
