Rules (Contest - The Best Hamburger Photo) Kiwilimón.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST
This contest is presented by Kiwilimón S.A.P.I. de C.V. (“Kiwilimón®”) and DELONGHI MEXICO S.A. DE C.V.
Because you are our best chef, Kiwilimón and De'Longhi Group - Braun invite you to participate in our contest! Cook a hamburger like the one prepared by Chef Antonio de Livier in the live class on August 21, take a photograph, share it, and participate to win amazing prizes from De'Longhi Group - Braun.
a.- Conditions to participate: All users residing in the United Mexican States (Mexico) may participate. IMPORTANT: If you are selected and live outside Mexico City and/or the Metropolitan Area, travel expenses will be covered by Kiwilimón®.
Features of the Contest:
The user must upload a photograph in the comments of the Facebook Live® class showing the result of the preparation of one of the hamburgers that were shown in the class.
It must be the same hamburger, however, it can have the presentation that the user prefers although the most similar one will be the winner.
Those who upload their photograph within the dates from August 22 to August 29, 2018.
The winning photograph will be selected by De’Longhi Group-Braun.
b.- Editorial Principles: Through this contest, Kiwilimón® seeks to promote:
a) Honesty: The photograph you share must be your own.
b) Respect and camaraderie: Kiwilimón® through this and all its contests, seeks to communicate users with each other, as well as with the page administrators, in the pursuit of a space that connects the ideas and creativity of users, so we kindly ask you to avoid giving negative comments to other people who are competing.
Therefore, to safeguard these principles, Kiwilimón® reserves the right to disqualify from the contest any user who presents behaviors contrary to the principles stated in sections a) and b) of this point, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Likewise, Kiwilimón® reserves the right to disqualify from the contest all those participants who alter or attempt to alter or manipulate the contest.
c.- Contest Mechanics: To participate in this contest:
a) Check the Live Class on August 21 through the social network Facebook®.
b) Prepare one of the hamburgers that were shown in the class and take a photograph of it.
c) Upload your photograph from August 22 to August 29 in the comments of the video of the live class broadcast through Kiwilimón's social network on Facebook®.
d) The winner will be announced on August 31, 2018.
d.- Selection Criteria: The finalist will be chosen by the De’Longhi Group-Braun team, according to the following criteria:
a) Sharpness of the photograph.
b) Clarity of the content.
c) Final presentation of the recipe.
d) Quality of the image.
e) Consistency with the content requested in the class.
e.- Validity*:
You can participate until August 29, 2018.
The three winners will be announced on August 31, 2018 through a post on Kiwilimón®'s Facebook® account and will be contacted via this same social network.
*The validity of the contest may be extended at the discretion of Kiwilimón®.
f.- Winner's Prize: The winner will win a high-quality hand mixer.
There will be 3 winners and different prizes, which will be distributed as follows:
1st place - Braun Multiquick 777
2nd place - Braun Multiquick 725
3rd place - Braun Multiquick 505
If the winners reside in Mexico outside of Mexico City and the Metropolitan Area, they will be asked for their address to ship the prize. If they live within Mexico City and the Metropolitan Area, the winner must pick up the prize at the address: Bosques de Radiatas N° 10, Second Floor, Colonia Bosques de las Lomas, Delegación Cuajimalpa de Morelos, C.P. 05120, Mexico City, and must present an official identification.
Currently, this contest is only held for residents in Mexico. We appreciate your understanding if you reside abroad, but we invite you to closely follow all Kiwilimón® contests.
7.- Exclusions of liability: Kiwilimón® is not responsible for failures or errors that occur at any stage of this contest due to fortuitous events or force majeure, including any failure in the system and/or social network used that is not attributable or foreseeable.

Participation in this contest implies acceptance of these conditions. The user participating in this contest expressly acknowledges that the photograph with which they compete has not been taken from another source and/or altered, but is original, thus acknowledging and guaranteeing that it does not violate any intellectual property rights of third parties; likewise, they undertake to hold Kiwilimón® harmless from any claim, lawsuit, or legal action from third parties that may arise, as well as to indemnify it for any expenses incurred by Kiwilimón® in the case of any controversy. Likewise, it is understood that by participating in this contest: (i) the user expressly and irrevocably grants Kiwilimón all proprietary rights derived from the photographs that users send to Kiwilimón® to participate, reserving no rights for the user. For such purposes, “proprietary rights” are understood as those specified in Articles 24 to 29 and other related and applicable provisions of the Federal Copyright Law; and (ii) the user expressly authorizes Kiwilimón® to reproduce the photograph(s) with which they participate, even if such photographs include images of themselves or individuals participating in this contest, understood as “moral rights” in terms of Articles 18 to 23 and other related and applicable provisions of the Federal Copyright Law, reserving no rights for the user. By virtue of the above, Kiwilimón® will be the sole owner of the proprietary copyright derived from the photographs; as a consequence, Kiwilimón® may also assign, license, encumber, or alienate these rights in any form, either wholly or partially, when it deems convenient, without the undersigned having any right to subsequent payment.
