Likewise, Kiwilimón® reserves the right to disqualify all participants who alter or attempt to alter or manipulate the contest.normal; data-mce-style=mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;>3.- Contest Mechanics: To participate in this contest:-1.0cm; data-mce-style=margin-left: 1.0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -1.0cm;>a)normal; data-mce-style=mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;>      Watch the Live Class on May 8 at 7:00 PM CST via the social network Facebook®.-1.0cm; data-mce-style=margin-left: 1.0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -1.0cm;>b) Prepare one of the recipes shown in the class and take a photograph of it.-1.0cm; data-mce-style=margin-left: 1.0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -1.0cm;>c) Upload your photograph from May 8 to May 15 in the comments of the live class video broadcast through Kiwilimón's social network on Facebook or in the related Facebook posts, completing the phrase: “with my knives  @Victorinox I...”d) The winners will be announced on May 20, 2019.4.- Selection Criteria: The finalists will be chosen by the Victorinox team based on the following criteria:a) When completing the phrase, you must mention/tag Victorinox's account on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Victorinox/)b) Clarity of the photograph (the image must have the necessary resolution to be appreciated by other participants)                c) Clarity of content (it must be clear that it is the recipe or recipes from the live class)d) Final presentation of the recipe (which should be similar to that shown in the live class)e) Originality of the phrasef) Consistency with the content requested in the class.g) Only photographs uploaded on the social network Facebook® will be considered.5.- Validity*: You can participate until May 15, 2019.The 10 winners will be announced on May 20, 2019, through a post on Kiwilimón®'s account on the social network Facebook®. Kiwilimón® will contact the winner through this same social network and via email at concursos@kiwilimon.com*The validity of the contest may be extended at Kiwilimón®'s discretion.6.- Winner's Prize: 10 winners will be selected to receive as a prize 10 kits consisting of a chef's knife with cavities, paring knives, a cutting board, and a peeler.The personal information and address of each winner will be requested via email concursos@kiwilimon.com to share with Victorinox for shipping via courier within 10 to 20 business days.For now, this contest is only for residents in Mexico. The user participating in this contest expressly acknowledges that the photograph with which they compete has not been taken from another source and/or altered, but is original, thus acknowledging and guaranteeing that it does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights; likewise, they undertake to hold Kiwilimón® harmless from any claim, lawsuit, or legal action from a third party that may arise, as well as to indemnify it for any expense incurred by Kiwilimón® in the event of any controversy. Likewise, it is understood that by participating in this contest: (i) the user expressly and irrevocably transfers free of charge to Kiwilimón all patrimonial rights derived from the photographs that users send to Kiwilimón® to participate, without reserving any rights for the user. For such purposes, “patrimonial rights” are understood as those indicated in articles 24 to 29 and other relevant and applicable provisions of the Federal Copyright Law; and (ii) the user expressly authorizes Kiwilimón® to reproduce the photograph(s) with which they participate, even if such photographs include images of themselves or other participants in this contest, understood as “moral rights” in terms of articles 18 to 23 and other relevant and applicable provisions of the Federal Copyright Law, without reserving any rights for the user. By virtue of the foregoing, Kiwilimón® will be empowered to exploit any of the photographs the user shares to participate in the contest, including but not limited to: dissemination, publication, production, transmission, printing, recording, editing, exhibition, modification, instrumentation, public communication, distribution to the public (with or without advertising purposes), translation, reproduction, adaptation, compilation, paraphrase, arrangement, or any other form of exploitation permitted by the Federal Copyright Law and articles 16, 21, 24, 30, 31, 83 bis and other relevant and applicable provisions of the same regulation, as well as the relevant legislation. Such exploitation may take place in the United Mexican States or abroad.By virtue of the foregoing, Kiwilimón® will be the sole holder of the patrimonial rights derived from the photographs; as a consequence, Kiwilimón® may in turn transfer, license, encumber, or alienate these rights in any form, either total or partially, when it deems appropriate, without the signatory having any right to subsequent payment.
