Gamesa® Flours come in three presentations: Traditional, Light, and Wheat Bran. Depending on your tastes or needs, you can use whichever you like to apply any of the following tips.
Hot cake pops
If you have kids, this idea is a winner; it’s a simple concept that will give a twist to the way they eat Gamesa® Hot Cakes.
Tip: The advice is to create the hot cake batter, either regular or with chocolate chips, and pour it into a cupcake-like mold, which you can find at any bakery supply store. Then, stick a wooden stick into each of the individual molds, place the mold in the oven for 10 minutes, and remove. You will have hot cake pops that you can decorate with your choice of toppings, perfect for parties.
The complete hot cake
Want to surprise your guests? Just make sure they eat everything and enjoy experimenting.
Tip: In the realm of haute cuisine, there is a method called “complete food” where, for example, a hamburger has all its condiments and sides inside the meat itself, so all you need is the bun, and when you bite into it, it will taste as if it has been seasoned with different elements. You can do the same with Gamesa® Hot Cakes; when creating the batter, pour in maple syrup and crispy bits of bacon to your liking. Then cook the hot cakes, and what you’ll get is a complete product that, without the need for external elements, will already have that sweet maple flavor and the savory bacon inside.

For birthdays
Gamesa® Hot Cakes don’t have to be eaten individually; in fact, you can use them together for a great creation.
Tip: Is a birthday coming up? An original cake can come from stacking five or six hot cakes with jam or whipped cream between each layer and then using frosting to cover it all. With candles on top, it will look like a regular cake, but when you cut it open, it will be a very different surprise; the good thing is that the filling alternatives are endless.

World of Colors
Making breakfast for your kids much more appealing is really easy, give it a try.
Tip: This advice is very simple but completely changes the aesthetics of your dishes. You can find food coloring at any supermarket, and with this, you can create wonders. Imagine your hot cakes, cakes, crepes, or whatever you make with your Gamesa® Flour in a bright red or electric blue color without changing the taste, quality, or texture of your food. If your kids have friends over, you can take the opportunity to create some snacks they will never forget.
Patriotic Hot Cakes
We are in the patriotic month, and Mexican celebrations are approaching. Your favorite breakfast can also be included in the celebration.
Tip: Cover one side of the Gamesa® Hot Cakes with lemon zest and the other with strawberry jam, then cover the center with whipped cream to make your breakfast very patriotic. Similarly, this advice helps in any event of the year since all you need to decorate is a little imagination. How about orange jam and some vertical lines of chocolate to create a pumpkin for Halloween, or fresh cherries arranged in the shape of a heart on the hot cake for Valentine’s Day? There are no limits.
The Frozen Cake
Sometimes we overdo it and cook too many hot cakes, right? Here’s a tip to not waste what’s left.
Tip: If you have several leftover Gamesa® Hot Cakes and you don’t like them as much when they’re not freshly made, then there’s a delicious solution: frozen cake. All you have to do is break the leftover hot cakes into pieces and place them in a glass mold; add your favorite fruits, it could be a citrus cake with mandarins, oranges, and grapefruits, or a red fruit cake with strawberries, blackberries, and cherries. The final step is to pour enough vanilla or yogurt ice cream to cover the ingredients. Then, put the container in the freezer and wait at least three hours. This way, you get a frozen cake for the whole family.
