The battle for Chef of the Year begins

  The Superior College of Gastronomy Campus Condesa will be the venue for the first Semifinal of the Chef of the Year Contest in its Third Edition. On September 6 and 7 of this year, the twelve semifinalists previously selected in a challenging task will face off in a dynamic where they must showcase their culinary skills. The participants will have a surprise basket and will only have five hours to create: the appetizer, the main dish, and the dessert. All creations by the semifinalists will move to the judging room and will be evaluated by a jury composed of Enrique Olvera, Mikel Alonso, Mónica Patiño, Daniel Ovadia, Paulina Abascal, and Celia Marín. Alternative Activities Alongside the contest, a series of activities will also take place, such as conferences, tastings, and round tables. All of this will be free of charge, as the aim of this event is to promote and support gastronomy. The entire industry community is warmly invited.
