Kibbeh (also kipe, kibi, kipi, kepi, kibba, kiwi, kubba, Arabic كبه), known as içli köfte in Turkish, is a very common food in Syria and Palestine throughout the Middle East and parts of the Caucasus as well as in Armenia. It is traditionally considered the national dish of Lebanon. In its most common form, it consists of minced lamb meat with bulgur and spices. Its standard name in Arabic is kubba, although the pronunciation varies by region; the word kibbe reflects the Lebanese pronunciation. (Source Wikipedia)
