To make eggless mayonnaise, you will need:
- 2 measures of olive oil 0.4º
- 1 measure of milk (the measures should be equal)
- A pinch of salt
- 1 clove of garlic
Put everything in the blender until it thickens. It can be kept for a long time in the refrigerator.
