To achieve this technique, you should follow these steps:
- In a saucepan, bring plenty of water to a boil with salt and a few drops of lemon.
- Break an egg into a cup.
- When the water starts to boil, carefully pour the egg into the water by bringing the cup to the surface of the water.
- Repeat the process with each egg.
- Lower the heat to minimum and let them cook for about 3 minutes.
- The white should be firm and the yolk soft.
