There are numerous types of strains or grapes that different wineries plant so that their combination can produce exquisite and delicious wines. There are different types of wines, from red wines to white wines, and any of them can be paired with any type of dish, from a rich salad to a delicious dessert.
The different types of wines have many different classifications; to make it easier, we will classify them by color this time:
- Red Wines. These wines are made from red grapes, and since the color is in the skin of the grape, it acquires its color from the fermentation of the skin and pulp after a few days.
- Rosé Wines. Like red wines, rosé wines are made from red grapes, but after a night of maceration, the pulp is filtered out to achieve a soft color before fermentation.
- White Wines. These are made from white or red grapes, each undergoing a process to avoid taking on color, and they are generally young wines.
