Make a banana smoothie for your baby

Once you start establishing a routine of solid foods, it is important to try new flavors and presentations to expand the baby's culinary stimulation.
This delicious banana smoothie is ideal for starting the day. Generally, I first give a bottle of formula and then breakfast an hour later since if my baby is very hungry, they won’t eat solids.
Ingredients:
1 oz of milk (formula or breast milk)
2 tablespoons of baby oatmeal
¼ banana
Procedure:
1. Mash the banana with a fork until it is slightly beaten.
2. Mix the oatmeal and milk on a plate.
3. Add the banana and mix well.
Note:
If the banana is very ripe, it will taste sweeter and be more enjoyable.
