Peach Puree

The peach is a very rich and sweet fruit that tastes even better when cooked in apple juice or water. This puree can be served hot or cold, and the leftover portions can be frozen in small cubes for up to 4 weeks.
Ingredients:
1 peeled peach
1/2 cup of apple juice or water
Procedure:
1. Place the juice/water and the peach in pieces in a pot.
2. Allow it to boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and puree with your blender or food processor.
Note:
This puree can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours or frozen for up to 4 weeks.
