If you are a seafood lover and enjoy exceptional service, then you can't miss the festival Author's Table by Fisher’s House, which features a titan of Mexican cuisine: chef Édgar Núñez, the mind behind Sud 777, one of the best restaurants in the country. From October 7 to November 30, you will have the opportunity to taste a menu inspired by the vegetables and seafood of our country. The menu includes vibrant, complex dishes with a very Mexican touch: *Avocado and sea urchin with pismo clam: ceviche of pismo clam and sea urchin with red onion, scallions, yuzu, and avocado. *Sardine Taco: tomato-based sardine with pot beans, served with blue corn tortilla and Mexican salsa. *Octopus in black recado: marinated in black recado and grilled, accompanied by a salad of Gernika peppers and potatoes. But that's not all, as in collaboration with Fisher’s House, chefs Macarena Laris and Elena López delight us with irresistible desserts to close on a high note: *Rice pudding and garden harvest: infused with vanilla bean and taro, accompanied by peaches and wild carrots in lavender syrup, carrot caviar, and purple sweet potato chips. *Pumpkin farm: pumpkin pie over a buñuelo, accompanied by light cheesecake, spice cream, cocoa soil, and pumpkin seeds. As you know, a good pairing is the key to success, so Riesler Morales, the corporate mixologist of Grupo Fisher’s, was inspired by autumn to create three drinks that will surprise you with a unique blend of flavors: *Mango Paloma: Mezcal Unión with mango and lime juice, volcanic salt, and a touch of gold powder. *November: Bulliet bourbon with ancho chili liqueur, pumpkin puree, and orange juice. *Oaxacan chocolate: typical drink from Oaxaca made with water, Tanqueray Gin, and spice syrup. So if you have any celebrations or special dates coming up, don't hesitate to celebrate at Fisher’s House, as you will have an amazing time enjoying dishes, drinks, and desserts created by the best chefs and mixologists in Mexico.
