Food Sesh is a pop-up that creates recreational gastronomic spaces to elevate the senses through private experiences in unexpected places around Mexico, where microdoses of THC are used to incite a sensory journey where art, cannabis, and food converge for the enjoyment of a social club that shares the table in a casual 7-course dinner.This original pop-up was created by Anel Hernández, a chef graduated from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo, who specialized in international diplomatic protocol and Mexican cuisine.The Food Sesh project was born in September 2019 in Tijuana, after a conversation between the first invited culinary artist and Chef Anel Hernández, who conducted the first 3 experiences. Currently, musicians, artists, producers, and local brands are involved, who together propose new ways of eating. What the chef seeks through this project is for a sensory experience to be lived through food.The states where events have been held so far are:• Tijuana• Querétaro• CDMX• Hidalgo
