The Santa María la Ribera neighborhood not only offers beautiful photos of architecture from other centuries, but also places to enjoy drinks, food, and even music have been growing, and among them, La Sabina stands out with its flavors.La Sabina is a restaurant established in a 19th-century house where you can try a delicious and classic pepperoni pizza, but also modern Mexican snacks, like octopus gorditas. With just over 3 years open to the public, during the COVID-19 pandemic, its patio and terrace have allowed people to try their dishes or listen to jazz on nights when there is a band, but they also have great takeout and delivery service through WhatsApp.As a personal recommendation, the octopus gorditas are a delicious, novel, and almost unmissable discovery of the place, although everything on their menu is worth trying.La Sabina is located at Sabino number 225, in the Santa María la Ribera neighborhood, and they are open Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 PM to 9 PM, and Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 2 PM to 10 PM. On Sundays, their service is from 1 PM to 6 PM.
