If you are a lover of chilaquiles and enjoy trying different flavors, you must visit Chilaquiloteca. It is a restaurant whose specialty is this typical Mexican dish, which they prepare with different sauces, tortillas, and cheeses, to make chilaquiles an extraordinary experience.Maria Almendra Achotegui, the operations director, shares that Once upon a time, there was a brave knight, cursed with a terrible spell that in his kingdom was called 'The Party'. The spell could only be broken with a magical potion that few sorcerers could concoct. The brave knight was locked away in his dark chambers, haunted by a terrible dragon, better known as 'The Hangover'. Legend has it that those who fell under the spell of 'The Party' would be imprisoned by 'The Hangover' forever. The knight, after being cornered for several years by the terrible dragon, decided to concoct the magical potion of those powerful sorcerers, to free himself from the fierce claws of the dragon. Guarded by the terrible Hangover, he spent whole days trying to find the perfect formula to create the potion. There were moments when the brave knight was about to give up, but he knew that if he succeeded, not only would he save himself, but he would also save the entire kingdom. It was after countless attempts that he finally managed to formulate the perfect potion to break his curse. Thus was born the 'Chilaquiloteca', with a potion so powerful that it could cure the entire kingdom and defeat 'The Hangover' forever.Inspired by this magical story, the Chilaquiloteca has saved countless souls who have fallen into the powerful claws of The Hangover and has made all diners who dare to try it happy in the State of Mexico. When you visit, ask about their sauce of the month, which they create in collaboration with other chefs, friends of the brave knight.Address: Federico T de la Chica #12, local 11 (plaza Versalles), Ciudad Satélite, Naucalpan de Juárez.*Photos taken from the Chilaquiloteca's social media
