In an effort to promote the baking tradition of Three Kings Day, by supporting artisanal bakeries through the purchase and promotion of their products, the eighth edition of the Rosquiza Santa Clara took place, where Mallorca, D'talle Bakery for The Alest Hotel, Nicos, and Cuina were selected as the creators of the best roscas de reyes in Mexico City.As every year, Santa Clara opens the doors of this event to various bakeries in Mexico City so they can showcase the versatility of the rosca de reyes before a panel of experts made up of media representatives, foodies, and influencers who taste, evaluate, and vote for their favorite.At the event, 23 bakeries participated, presenting their innovative and delicious options for this celebration: Amado, Balta (Sofitel), Buñuelo, Cantina Palacio de Hierro, Cardin, Cuina, D'talle Bakery for The Alest Hotel, Delirio, El Pan de María, Elizondo, Eno, Entre Zarzas y Arándanos, Garabatos, La Panadería de Sotero, La Vitrine, LPan, Mallorca, María Fortunata, Marne, Nicos, Panadería Rosetta, Peltre Lonchería, and Xanat Bistro.The bakeries that won the title of the best rosca de reyes in Mexico City were: Mallorca, D'talle Bakery for The Alest Hotel, and Nicos.
