Rules [Contest – The best mosaic gelatin photo] Kiwilimón. KIWILIMÓN® GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST   Because you are our best chef, Kiwilimón invites you to participate in our contest! Cook Kiwilimón's lemon pie recipe, upload a photo of your preparation, share your opinion, and participate to win a Kitchen Aid® food processor. 1.- Conditions to participate: All users residing in the United Mexican States (Mexico) who are registered as users on the website www.kiwilimon.com as of September 13, 2015, may participate. 2.- Editorial Principles: At Kiwilimón, through this contest we seek to promote: a) Honesty: The photo you share must be your own. We want the photographs to have an original, creative touch and, above all, to be yours and not obtained from another website or any other source. b) Respect and camaraderie: Kiwilimón, through this and all its contests, seeks to communicate among users as well as with the administrators of the page, in search of a space that connects users' ideas and creativity, so we would appreciate it if you avoid making negative comments about other competitors. c) Feedback: We welcome your constructive criticism to improve our contests via información@kiwilimon.com.   For the above reasons, to safeguard these principles, Kiwilimón reserves the right to disqualify from the contest any user who exhibits behavior contrary to the principles outlined in sections a), b), and c) of this point, as well as all those users who do not meet the requirements of this contest, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Additionally, Kiwilimón reserves the right to disqualify from the contest all participants who alter or attempt to alter or manipulate IP addresses to vote more than once per user.   3.- Contest mechanics:   From September 14 to September 21, 2015, enter the Kiwilimón website at the link http://www.kiwilimon.com/receta/postres/gelatinas/gelatinas-de-mosaico/pastel-de-gelatina-mosaico Follow the preparation steps of Kiwilimón's Mosaic Gelatin Cake and cook it yourself. Take a photo of your finished dish and upload it to the same link http://www.kiwilimon.com/receta/postres/gelatinas/gelatinas-de-mosaico/pastel-de-gelatina-mosaico in the “upload your photo” section. Share your opinion about your experience in preparing this recipe through a brief review in the “opinions and comments” section of the same link. Your review should contain some tip to make the preparation of the recipe easier, as well as mention any substitutes for ingredients you may have used for this preparation, and must contain at least 160 characters. The photograph must be your own and inspired by Kiwilimón's Lemon Pie recipe (not copied and/or altered from another source). Additionally, the photograph must have the following dimensions: 1200 x 800 You may upload up to 3 different photographs of your own preparation, following the guidelines of these rules and that are your authorship. The photographs and reviews that are not uploaded at the link http://www.kiwilimon.com/receta/postres/gelatinas/gelatinas-de-mosaico/pastel-de-gelatina-mosaico will not be considered. Finally, after performing the previous steps, the participant must send an email to información@kiwilimon.com with the following information: Full name Complete address Email address with which you registered as a user on the Kiwilimón website Send screenshots where the photo and review you are participating with are uploaded and visible. Write why you want to win a Kitchen Aid® mixer IMPORTANT NOTE: If the participant does not send this email, they will not be considered for this contest. Kiwilimón will choose the winner of the best photo and review considering that: (i) both the photo and review are uploaded on the website, (ii) the photograph has originality and is truthful (that they are original and not copied), (iii) the quality of the recipe and image (iv) the photograph has good composition, lighting, and adheres to Kiwilimón's recipe and decoration of the dish. The winner of this contest will receive a Kitchen Aid® food processor and their photo will be published as an extra image of the Lemon Pie recipe on the Kiwilimón website. Also, at Kiwilimón's sole discretion, for the selection of the winning participant, Kiwilimón may take into account the number of “likes/thumbs up” that each review has. The winner will be contacted on September 23, 2015, via the email registered on the Kiwilimón website.   Photographs that do not meet all the requirements established in this section will be automatically disqualified from the contest.   4.- Validity:   From September 14 to September 21, 2015.   5.- Prizes: 3 (three) Kitchen Aid® blenders   *The color of the Kitchen Aid® food processor may vary depending on product availability.   6.- Place and date of prize delivery: The prize will be delivered to the winner residing in the Federal District and Metropolitan Area of the State of Mexico, at the Kiwilimón offices located at: Bosque de Radiatas N° 10, floor 2, Colonia Bosques de las Lomas, Cuajimalpa Delegation, C.P.05120, Mexico City.   If the winner resides in Mexico outside of Mexico City and the Metropolitan area, the prize will be sent via courier within 15 (fifteen) business days following the notification of the contest results.   7.- Transportation and shipping costs of prizes: The winner residing in Mexico City and the Metropolitan area will pick up their prize, bearing the corresponding costs.   The shipping costs of prizes for users not residing in Mexico City and the Metropolitan Area will be borne by Kiwilimón. This contest is currently only for residents in Mexico. Furthermore, it is understood that by participating in the contest, the user expressly and irrevocably grants Kiwilimón all the economic rights derived from the photographs that users upload to the website to participate, without reserving any rights for themselves. By virtue of the above, Kiwilimón is authorized to exploit any of the photographs that the user shares to participate in the contest, including but not limited to: dissemination, broadcasting, publication, production, transmission, printing, recording, editing, exhibition, modification, instrumentation, public communication, distribution to the public (with or without advertising purposes), translation, reproduction, adaptation, compilation, paraphrasing, arrangement, or any other form of exploitation permitted by the Federal Copyright Law and articles 16, 21, 24, 30, 31, 83 bis and other relevant and applicable provisions of the same regulation, as well as the legislation on the subject.
