It is horrible to feel exhausted all day, but much depends on nutrition; although I also tell you… that you need to sleep 7 to 9 hours daily, not just eat well. However, there are times when even if we do all this, we still feel drained, but I have found some tips that have worked wonders for me.
1. Drink a glass of room temperature water as soon as you wake up. It will help wake up your body and eliminate sugars or hard-to-process food that you have in your system (that drains your energy). So, from now on, when you wake up, a little glass of water will change your day.
2. The typical thing we do if we don't have time for breakfast is to grab the first thing we see in a coffee shop, but even if it has many calories, it’s a mistake because you’re not giving your body energy for more than a few minutes; when your body finishes processing the sugar, you will crash and feel hungry again or remain tired. Try to eat plenty of seeds, broccoli, cauliflower, apples, and jicama. If you already know you won’t have time for breakfast, chop everything the night before, and in the morning, put everything in the blender and make yourself a juice with one or several of these foods, which will energize you.
3. Take 5 minutes of your day to do deep breathing and, in the meantime, think of lovely images that will help you produce serotonin, happiness, and energy.
4. If we do 25 to 45 minutes of exercise 5 to 7 days a week, you will fall asleep easier (and more deeply) without tossing and turning for an hour in bed. You will rest better and generate natural energy.
