I have always believed that eating healthy is important for weight loss. No matter how many hours of exercise you do, if you come home and eat a whole pizza, it won't be of any use. That's why in this post I want to share some foods that will help you shed those extra pounds.
Kale: It's great and packed with nutrients. I love having it in my morning green smoothie and it works perfectly in salads too. Check out this tip where I talk about its benefits.
Lemons: They are excellent for detoxifying your body and also help burn fat. A good idea is to drink a glass of water with a few drops of lemon on an empty stomach. I also recommend making this lemonade that will help you lose weight.
Broccoli: This food is super rich in fiber and has antioxidants. Include it in your daily diet. A good way to do this is by eating it as a salad, just sprinkle a pinch of salt and a few drops of lemon on it.
Oats: Many think that oats make you gain weight, but it's quite the opposite; what's important is not to overdo it. Oats will help satisfy your hunger due to their high fiber content. I like to drink oat water; here I’ll tell you how to prepare it.
