I have to touch on this topic... the truth is I'm not much into nutritionists and strict diets, but when I decide that I'm a bit chubby and need a diet, I have always been told NOT to eat avocado because it makes you gain weight. If you are one of those people, here’s the truth about avocado.
Avocado is rich in healthy fats that help us stay healthy and also provide 18 of the essential amino acids for the body to form a complete protein. It is much easier to digest than proteins that come from meat, as it also contains fiber.
And the best part is that it has properties for weight loss, so don’t be afraid to eat it in your daily diet. Just remember, nothing in excess and everything in moderation.
Why does avocado help you lose weight?
Among the monounsaturated fats in avocados, we find oleic acid, which is necessary for hunger to take longer to appear. Furthermore, it contains fiber and proteins that help keep your belly flat... which is beneficial for all of us.
