Our body is extremely sensitive to how we feed it, and although every day a new
diet comes out to lose weight and be healthier, it is not a reason to try them all as it can be dangerous for us.
The best thing one can do to lose weight and stay healthy is to eat a
balanced diet daily and do at least a little exercise each week. This does not mean that
diets are not useful since there are some that are beneficial in specific cases and others that can work for most people. However, what is not so good is jumping from diet to diet at the slightest provocation.
The first reason is very obvious; if you do not give continuity to the process of the
diet, then the results will never come. It is common to become desperate and expect that
diets work on the first day, but the reality is that changing health and physiology takes time. If one tries to cut carbohydrates one day and the next week lives only on juices, then neither diet will have an effect.
In addition, the medical publications Nature, led by medical studies from Harvard University, have revealed that undergoing different diets in a short time presents a latent danger to the body, specifically the intestinal system. They radically changed the diets of 10 people, some from vegetarianism to eating meat and vice versa with the other half. The result was surprising; both groups changed their stomach chemistry and began to develop dangerous elements within their gastric juices.
Now, just imagine what would happen if in two months one decides to change their eating habits three times. The body would be confused and start sending signals of discomfort as an emergency message since its physiology is changing. If you have noticed any pain or stomach bloating when changing your eating habits, try to take it easy and gradually return to a balanced diet that is not drastic. If you decide to enter another
diet after recovering, then it should not be too strict, and once you have gotten used to it, try to follow through so that your stomach adjusts to this new way of eating.
