Sweet cravings
This specific craving can mean one of two things: the first is that you need sulfur and carbon phosphorus, or that you actually just need pure energy to move forward. Carbohydrate cravings

This means your body needs salt and iron. If you want to avoid insomnia and eat healthier, then lean cuts of meat and fresh berries can help. Also, wanting a lot of coffee could mean you’re thirsty, so grab a large glass of water before filling up on caffeine.
