It is likely that Christmas night is one where we allow ourselves the most in terms of calorie consumption. Although you may feel a bit hungry during the process, the amount of water (which can be unlimited) that you consume will keep you satisfied. After the cleanse, you need to be careful since your body has undergone a drastic change in its diet, so you should start eating solid foods again within a balanced diet of fruits and vegetables.
