Eating well and maintaining a healthy diet is not easy, whether due to habit or lack of time. One of the main goals we have when eating is to enjoy what we eat, and this experience is so pleasant that sometimes the decisions we make about certain foods are not nutritious and certainly do not mean eating well.
Sometimes when we are enjoying certain dishes a lot, we end up overeating, which is neither recommended nor healthy. We must understand from our subconscious that establishing healthy eating habits not only allows us to eat well but also leads to a healthier lifestyle and greater capacity to prolong our quality of life.
Eating well requires mental work and being prepared to maintain discipline in our food consumption. It doesn’t have to stop being fun; all recipes can be modified in certain ways to have more nutritious foods that are not filled with fat and provide us with the right calories.
Below we present some recipes that may be useful in changing our eating habits. Enjoy!
