Organize your meals ahead of time and, if possible, prepare them in advance. This way, you won’t have an excuse to eat something else.Fill your refrigerator with vegetables Every time you go to the supermarket, buy vegetables. If your kitchen is stocked with allowed foods, you can eat calmly without breaking the rules.Learn to substitute ingredients You may not be able to drink milk, but there are other products that can serve as substitutes and are allowed in the paleo diet. To meet your goals, you have to be very creative in learning to substitute ingredients.Give yourself time to adapt All dietary changes require effort.
