Water is one of the most necessary and important things for being healthy and, of course, looking fresh. I love it and drink a lot, but I have friends who would rather die than drink a glass of water. So I started looking for foods they could eat to solve that big problem. Cucumber: It’s delicious and can be eaten in a thousand ways; it has a lot of water, is great for digestion, the intestines, and also has low caloric content. Watermelon: One of my favorite fruits, and if you get it in season, it’s a beauty because it literally tastes like drinking water; imagine more than 90% of it is liquid. Peach: Despite being a small fruit, it is over 88% water; delicious in any form and super good for cleansing the kidneys and purifying the skin. Jicama: It's the best in fiber. It has a lot and is great on its own, with lime or chili, I love it in all preparations. Orange: Super packed with energy and takes great care of the body, internally speaking; it has properties to protect your cells, blood pressure improves significantly and, as you obviously already know, it’s loaded with vitamin C.
