Grapes They are rich in resveratrol, an antioxidant primarily found in their skin, although juice and wine also contain it. Resveratrol has been shown to prevent the growth of cancer cells. 5. Beans They contain phytochemicals that prevent damage to cells that cause cancer and also protease inhibitors that can limit the spread of cancer cells in the body.
