You probably have the following foods in your kitchen, but did you know that some of them can reduce your cancer risk? Discover which ones they are and include them frequently in your recipes! You can find all of them at your Soriana store.
1. Dark or bittersweet chocolate
Cocoa is full of polyphenols called catechins which are substances that prevent diseases like cancer. Look for chocolates that contain at least 70% pure cocoa.
2. Pomegranate
This fruit is rich in antioxidants that help prevent breast cancer and has a high content of citric acid, which is important for alkalizing the body.
3. Green tea
It is packed with antioxidants called catechins, which are known to reduce cancerous tumors.
4. Grapes
They are rich in resveratrol, an antioxidant primarily found in their skin, although juice and wine also contain it. Resveratrol has been shown to prevent the growth of cancer cells.
5. Beans
They contain phytochemicals that prevent damage to cells that cause cancer and also protease inhibitors that can limit the spread of cancer cells in the body.

10. Carrots
