The benefits of propolis

I hope you’re not like me, but since December I promise there hasn’t been a day where either I or a family member hasn’t had a cold. I’m exhausted from taking care of kids, and if I’m the sick one… even worse, because everything gets complicated. Plus, I felt like we were emptying the pharmacy because my kids and I had been taking medicines for about 3 months, until my mom recommended using propolis. Believe it or not, we’re all much better now. Here I’ll tell you what it is and how to take it: Propolis is a substance made by bees and for us humans it has many benefits, some of which include preventing respiratory diseases, hallelujah! or curing them. You can buy it at any health store, I bought mine at Nutrisa and it’s very easy to use, you just have to put 10 drops in a glass of water or any liquid; I give it to Julia, the youngest, in her milk, it doesn’t taste very good but it’s amazing. Moreover, it not only cures colds, it is good for many things like these: It helps your stomach and regenerates ulcers for those of us with gastritis. As I mentioned before, it’s good for the respiratory system, it can help us avoid getting colds during this season and acts as a natural antibiotic. It’s also good for your skin since it is a healer, disinfectant, and natural anti-inflammatory; it’s like a one-stop shop haha… It’s also good for your mouth as, from a dental perspective, it helps protect tooth enamel, prevents cavities, and addresses other oral issues. Don’t you agree that if you don’t have it, you’ll rush to buy one like I did?
