Rich in minerals, vitamins, and very versatile, these sea vegetables can easily be included in the daily diet and in many cooking recipes.
Seaweed are the most primitive plants on the planet. They are among the foods with the highest nutritional value in the world. They contain abundant vitamins, minerals (such as the prized calcium), even proteins, fiber, and a minimal amount of fats. They are also detoxifying. They eliminate accumulated waste in the body, such as heavy metals and fats accumulated over the years.
A curious point is that if the water they inhabit is contaminated and they cannot purify it, they simply do not grow. Therefore, it is a clean food by nature.
An important recommendation is that seaweed should be eaten in small amounts, approximately one gram per person, like spices.
