Gourmet Festival Reserva de Sabores In this edition of the Gourmet Festival Reserva de Sabores, a reinterpretation of the torta ahogada will be made by eight talented chefs such as Mikel Alonso from Casa Biko, Arturo Fernández from Raíz, Benito Molina, and Solange Muris from Manzanilla, among others.
