International Chile en Nogada Festival This festival, originated in Guadalajara, brings together the best restaurants from 12 states of the country and 4 countries. From August 18 to September 18 at different restaurants in Hidalgo, CDMX, Querétaro, and Guadalajara, among others. Gourmet Festival Reserva de Sabores In this edition of the Gourmet Festival Reserva de Sabores, a reinterpretation of the torta ahogada will be made by eight talented chefs such as Mikel Alonso from Casa Biko, Arturo Fernández from Raíz, Benito Molina, and Solange Muris from Manzanilla, among others. The cost of the event is 700 pesos per person and for the first time, it will be an event open to the public. When and where?
