Mesa de Autor, the culinary festival of Fisher’s House that you won’t want to miss

The best part of gastronomic festivals is the chance to see great culinary artists come together, and this is no exception, as Grupo Fisher’s and Culinaria Mexicana joined forces to present Mesa de Autor, a series of delicious collaborations throughout the year, featuring renowned chefs. What is Mesa de Autor? Mesa de Autor aims to be a festival where fish and seafood take center stage, as from these ingredients, the invited chefs will reinterpret their recipes to gift us with unimaginable creations that have a special signature of their authorship. The festival began in May and will showcase the menu crafted by Fisher’s corporate chef, Arturo Pérez Manrique, who added 5 dishes to the restaurant's regular menu. Additionally, the talented pastry chefs Macaria Laris and Elena López were in charge of the dessert, and of course, an ingenious beverage menu for pairing was created by Riesler Morales, the group's corporate mixologist.Among the dishes you will find in this first stage are the snook ceviche, stone bao, citrus cilantro snook loin, and an unmissable grilled pickled octopus, not to mention the sweet flavors from Macaria and Elena, such as a deconstructed pineapple and a banoffee made with banana pecan cake, creamy dulce de leche, and a whiskey caramel fondant center.In addition to the internal talent of Fisher’s House, another 7 chefs whose proposals will last for 2 months will join to give diners the perfect opportunity to taste everything. Each participation begins when the previous chef's period ends. Which chefs will participate in Mesa de Autor? From approximately May 2022 to the first half of 2023, Fisher’s House will feature the notable participation of great chefs such as Lula Martín del Campo, who follows chef Arturo; as well as Greek chefs Dmitris Sakkas and George Tsitsouilis, who were an important part of a pop-up at the Poema restaurant.
