For the second consecutive year, Michelin announced that Mexico City has been selected as the host for the next Michelin Guide 2025 Ceremony in Mexico. The award ceremony, during which the new selection of restaurants for Mexico City, Oaxaca, Baja California, Baja California Sur, Quintana Roo, and Nuevo León will be revealed, will take place on June 3, 2025, at the Foro Codere.All chefs who run a restaurant recommended by the Michelin Guide in its 2025 edition will be invited to the ceremony, along with media, partners, and industry leaders. During the event, the new Selected establishments, Bib Gourmand, with Michelin Star, and with Green Star will be presented, along with the 5 Special Michelin Awards: the Michelin Young Chef Award (supported by Reserva de la Familia), the Sommelier Award (sponsored by Casa Madero), the Service Award, the Exceptional Cocktail Award, and the Opening of the Year Award.Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the Michelin Guide, commented: After our initial launch in Mexico last year, we are absolutely delighted to return to Mexico City to present our second selection of restaurants.
