Mexico City celebrated the second edition of What do you taste like #CDMX 2021, a gastronomic festival that began as an initiative to reactivate the industry and now showcased the best of the culinary scene in the city from Monday, November 22 to Sunday, November 28, 2021. On this occasion, more than 60 bars and restaurants joined to prepare exclusive menus, highlighting the best proposals from their renowned chefs or young talents with a common goal: to invite locals, tourists, and foreigners to enjoy the culinary scene that makes Mexico City the best gastronomic destination in the country. What do you taste like #CDMX 2021 featured unique experiences, pop-up restaurants, and takeovers in different parts of the city to surprise diners in an unprecedented way. The stars of each restaurant offered a 3-course menu with their signature dish or cocktail at an accessible price.
