That is why Central Modelo, which took place on November 12 and 13, has come to stay as a festival that does a bit of everything and does it more than well. This 2016 marks the 91st anniversary of Grupo Modelo, the premium brewery in Mexico. How did they decide to celebrate it? They set out to research, with the help of regular diners, what the 91 favorite dishes of Mexico City were.
