Morelia is a capital full of culture, as not only is there a film festival held year after year, but for the past 10 years, Morelia en Boca has been celebrated, an international Gastronomy and Wine festival that this year adapts to the circumstances with a hybrid format.In order to safeguard the gastronomic culture and bet on a prompt economic recovery of the value chain, Morelia en Boca promotes tourist visits to restaurants and kitchens, showcasing the strength and richness of this sector that has been so affected.This year, the festival repositions the digital platform as a tool for the exchange of ideas, techniques, and continuous learning, with a hybrid format that mixes restaurants with virtual experiences, featuring interactive menus through video explanations among chefs, traditional cooks, and local producers.This hybrid platform will allow more than 20 restaurants to have a menu dedicated to Morelia en Boca with a close relationship to Michoacán products, featuring a menu developed by pairs of chefs who collaborate with Traditional Cooks from Michoacán.As a result, Morelia en Boca will have 12 menus in 24 venues, and you can check the online program on October 30, through their social media, @meboficial on Instagram and on Facebook @moreliaenboca.Don’t miss the gastronomic traditions that this festival brings to you thanks to digital platforms and enjoy the best of Morelia's gastronomy.
