For this Christmas, there are many dishes to consider, but the traditional cod is never overlooked.
It can be prepared in many ways, but here we leave you a very gourmet recipe to prepare a delicious cod for that special Christmas night. The contribution is from our chef

Ingredients
1 Kilo of Boneless cod
2 Tablespoons of Capers
1 Medium onion finely chopped
7 Tablespoons of Olive oil
1 Can of Whole tomatoes
1 Tablespoon of Sea salt
1/4 cups of chopped parsley
1/4 cups of chopped mint leaves
1/2 cups of black olives (kalamata preferred)
Preparation Method
A secret to remove the salt from the cod is to immerse it in a bowl of water and let it rest for 1-2 days, changing the water 3 times a day, leaving the bowl in the refrigerator.
Once the fish has a good salty taste when tested, the dish can begin.
In a pot, pour the olive oil and add the onion, cooking until golden (about 3-4 minutes).
Add the capers, tomatoes, and salt, and stir until it starts to boil.
Add the cod, mint, and parsley, and let it cook until it is tenderly cooked (5 minutes).
Presentation
Plate a piece of cod and add two tablespoons of sauce and use 2 parsley leaves for decoration.
