In Mexico, capirotada is a typical dessert from the states of Jalisco, Sinaloa, Sonora, and Zacatecas. It consists of toasted bread, or aged until dehydrated, or in the case of Jalisco, salty virote, cut into slices that are cooked together with pieces of banana, raisins, nuts, guava, and peanuts, covered with piloncillo syrup and grated table cheese. 2 Cones of Piloncillo
1/2 Cup of Hill Country peeled Peanuts
1/2 Cup of Raisins
1 Cup of aged Cheese cut into squares
