You'll likely feel the same way when receiving a gift: seeing that your present is beautifully wrapped, with specially chosen paper for the occasion and an appearance that complements the content, leaves a very good impression.
Learn to Wrap Christmas Gifts
Make sure to remove any price tags; if you can't, then cover them up neatly with a marker.
Find a box that fits the size of what you need to store; it's always better to place the gift inside a box, especially when the shape of the gift is irregular. The final finish will have a better presentation.
Now take the wrapping paper you've chosen and lay it on a flat surface. Place the box on it to measure how much paper you need, cut it if you have too much, otherwise, it's always better to have a little extra, you can cut it down later if necessary.
Position the box with the gift inside facing down in the center of the paper, fold one side of the paper, starting with the larger side, and tape it to the gift so that the fold is neat and tidy. Do the same with the opposite side, secure it with tape, and take the last two pieces of paper. Fold the ends so that the crease is smooth and the edges are not visible, apply tape, and do the same with the other side.
Tips for Wrapping Christmas Gifts
The corners should be folded so they look like triangles.
The ribbon or bow should be long, at least wrapping around the total size of the gift four times, especially for the crisscross model shown in the image.
Place the ribbon in the center, on the top of the gift, now wrap the package by passing the ribbon underneath and crossing both ends, pull to make it tight. Rotate the gift 90 degrees, and now repeat the previous step but passing the ribbon over the sides of the package that are still uncovered; once you have both ends in your hands, make the bow. Use scissors to curl the remaining ribbon, add a tag, and your Christmas gift is wrapped!
If you don't have wrapping paper, you can use comic magazines or colorful metallic bags from stores, it's a way to reuse.
