According to the Nutrition Center (CLD), a good snack should not exceed 7% of your total daily calories; that is, it should contain no more than 150 kcal, be low in sodium and sugar, and not exceed 3 grams of saturated fat per serving, eat healthy snacks this Halloween.1. Cookies. Content 150 kcal. Choosing a simple and sweet snack like cookies will save you time in the kitchen. Tip. Select whole grain cookies like bran ones; they provide fiber and energy for a delicious and healthy night.2. Dried fruit. Content 150 kcal. Choose dried fruits that do not contain added sugar.  Tip. Let your fist be the measure and prefer apple, apricot, or fig.3. Yogurt with oats or strawberries. Content 150 kcal. For you and the little ones, calcium is an essential element. Tip. Enjoy only half a cup of yogurt and fill the rest with 5 strawberry halves.4. Pistachios. Content 100 kcal. This snack is very easy to share. Tip. Select the maximum number of pieces you can eat and separate it from the rest: up to 15 pieces.5. Milk dessert. Content 70 to 120 kcal. It can be a vanilla or coconut flan. Tip. Remember to use skim milk.6. Hazelnuts. Hazelnuts are a great source of protein, which increases the feeling of fullness. Tip. Eat them before any other sweet, so you can make the most of their satiating property.7. Diet gelatin. Content 80 kcal. You can choose natural gelatin and add sweetener with orange or lemon juice. Tip. Add raisins (no more than 10) to avoid excessive candy consumption.8. Fruit skewers. Content 130 kcal. They are very practical and easy to make, plus you can involve the kids. Tip. Choose melon, apple, watermelon, and grapes to better hydrate the little ones.10. Chocolate. Content 70 to 75 kcal. Choose a chocolate that contains more than half of its content in cocoa (more than 50%) and some fruity combination. Tip.
