This may explain the increasingly frequent cases of colon cancer  in the United States and other developed countries. 8.- Prolonged consumption of microwave-heated foods increases cancerous cells in the blood. 9.- Continuous ingestion of microwave food causes deficiencies in the immune system due to alterations caused in the lymphatic gland and blood plasma. 10.- Consumption of microwave food causes memory loss, concentration issues, emotional instability, and decreased intelligence. According to specialists, it is optimal to cook in a conventional oven, as they are inexpensive, have a fan that distributes heat evenly, and are much safer; however, you are the only one who can decide if you stick with the microwave oven.
