Clean your face naturally with these simple recipes perfect for preparing at home: Honey Honey is famous for its benefits for the skin: it is exfoliating, anti-inflammatory, and moisturizing. It can be mixed with oatmeal or yogurt for exfoliation, with turmeric and lemon to brighten the skin, among many other combinations. On this occasion, we recommend trying the mixture of honey and olive oil to hydrate and soften your skin. Just mix one teaspoon of honey with two tablespoons of olive oil until you obtain a homogeneous paste, apply it to your face, and remove it with warm water after twenty minutes. You will feel renewed! Rosemary Rosemary is a natural astringent. You can boil several sprigs with water and use that liquid to clean your face at night. Alternatively, you can melt one tablespoon of coconut oil and mix it with rosemary, then cook this mixture for ten more minutes (until the rosemary loses its color) and strain the mixture well; then you need to let the mixture cool a bit and add four tablespoons of yogurt and one of honey. Leave it in the refrigerator for a week and apply this mask for ten minutes and remove it. Mint Mint is another great natural astringent and moisturizer. For this mask, you need to grind: ten mint leaves, a slice of cucumber, and half a tablespoon of honey. When you obtain a smooth mixture, apply it to your face for twenty minutes and remove it with cold water. You will instantly notice the difference. Aloe Vera Aloe vera is perfect for hydrating your skin, it is also good for burns or to improve the healing process. To cleanse your face of impurities, you only need to mix one tablespoon of aloe vera with one tablespoon of honey and one of coconut oil, refrigerate, and apply it to your face after removing your makeup. Let it sit for twenty minutes and rinse off with water. Just that easy, your face will be clean. Sea Salt To obtain a natural exfoliant with salt: mix one tablespoon of Colima salt (or sea salt) with one tablespoon of honey. Apply it to your face and massage with your wet fingers, after ten minutes, rinse with warm water.
