A woman's beauty is not universal!

A few days ago, I went shopping to find a dress for a dinner I will have this weekend, but I ended up very frustrated and angry because I couldn't find one in my size. More than that, it was the fact that… how do they expect someone to have the body of a mannequin? It’s incredible that beauty standards are extreme and the worst part is that we believe they are universal; let’s be honest, the curves of a Latina will not be found on an Asian woman, not even in dreams, and still, we want to look the same.
That's why when I discovered that the English website Superdrug Online Doctor, in collaboration with the agency Fractl, launched a campaign called perceptions of perfection aimed at raising awareness in society about how detached beauty standards imposed by major brands are, and showing the social pressure, I applauded it.
The project consisted of asking for help from 18 graphic designers from 18 different countries to retouch the body of the same woman and to show us that the beauty of a woman is not universal and varies greatly, even if it doesn't seem like it. Here I leave you a series of photos.
This is the woman on whom the other photos are based
And these are the photos of what a beautiful woman looks like in each country:
Argentina
China
Colombia
Italia
México
Países Bajos
Estados Unidos
