Get rid of annoying cellulite by doing the following exercises.
Although it doesn't hurt, no woman likes to have the famous orange peel appearance on her body, which is nothing more than a poor distribution of fat beneath the skin. When fat accumulates in our tissue, it pushes against the skin and bumps or lumps form that we can see.
What causes it?
Diet high in fats, junk food or lack of nutrients
Not exercising
Slow metabolism
Hormonal changes
Body fat
Fight itTo get rid of cellulite, you need two things:
1. Eat well
2. Do the right exercise
Eliminating cellulite is not impossible, but you must be consistent and responsible with what you eat and how you stay active.
The dietAdopt a diet based on whole grains and fiber, as it will help your metabolism and intestinal function, detoxifying it and eliminating waste. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits like avocado, banana, asparagus, celery, broccoli, and pears, which are excellent allies in fighting cellulite; include them in your snacks. Preferably, eat five meals a day and add a soy lecithin supplement. Of course, fats are prohibited.
Exercise is keyThere are always excuses: lack of time, the gym is too far away… forget about that! Exercise is crucial for controlling stress and combating cellulite. There are very simple exercises you can do in the comfort of your home, the park, or any place you choose… no excuses!
Squats. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, push your hips back and lower yourself as if sitting in the air, then rise back up.
Reverse lunges. Normal lunges (forward) can harm your knees. Step one leg back and place it on the ground, lower until your knee almost touches the floor, rise up and do the same with the other leg.
Crunches. Follow-up sets are ideal for removing fat and cellulite from the abdomen, back, and waist.
Pelvic lifts. In addition to eliminating cellulite, you will strengthen your glutes and legs. Lie on your back with your arms at your sides and lift your hips as high as you can, lower without touching the floor and lift again. Repeat the routine.
It’s basic to run, even if it’s around your block, but practice running for 20 minutes a day. You will see results faster.
Take care of your breathing and gradually increase the time or the number of repetitions in your exercise sets as you feel more comfortable, but don’t be lenient with yourself; push yourself and demand more.
If you have time, attend spinning, yoga, or martial arts classes like kickboxing. They are also very effective.
