In the last decade, statistics in our country indicate that, after the age of 45, the behavior of angina and heart attacks in women changed drastically, and today the leading cause of death in Mexico for women aged 45 and older is myocardial infarction.
Last year alone, around 120,000 women died from this cause. Due to this alarming data, and inspired by the fight of women against cholesterol, we present to you and your entire family the following tips to maintain a healthy heart.
