I was told something that I can't stop talking about, and to this day I can't believe it... The truth is, I haven't been the living proof that it works, but they say it is effective to have cake for breakfast and lose weight.
It's a queen's diet, and no, I'm not joking. It is rumored that Marie Antoinette loved sweets so much that she would have cake and hot chocolate for breakfast. A French nutritionist found that if you do this, it reduces your cravings for sweets for the rest of the day, and thus you lose weight.
I want to believe it, and my friends say it works. The Marie Antoinette diet is becoming super trendy all over the world. I love the idea of being able to eat cake at least once a day and that this makes me eat healthy the rest of the day.
I fully intend to try it, and once I do, I will tell you if it worked for me or not. You should also try this super diet and let me know if you liked it and, above all, if you got results.
