I was told that people change their hair three times in their life: first when we are born, we lose all our hair and it grows back; the second is during adolescence or around our 20s, and the third is when we are completely old and it turns white. That's what I've been told, but whether it's true or not, I did a little research on some care tips to have amazing hair at any age:
In your 20s: At this stage, we have many commitments between school, seeing friends, your first love, and starting to work, so we have to look impeccable, and more than anything, our hair should speak well of us. Therefore, we need to wash it with clear shampoos to give volume to the hair, as creamy shampoos soften the hair too much.
In your 30s: Stress caused my hair to fall out a lot, and I had to keep cutting it all the time. The tip I found was to relax and pamper myself by brushing my hair in the mornings and at night, especially massaging the scalp. In fact, if you don’t wash your hair daily, you can use dry shampoo to give it more life.
In your 40s: Many times at this age, we no longer have as much hair as before since we start to lack proteins; therefore, it is advisable to take vitamin E treatments or use argan oil or sweet almond oil.
In your 50s: By now, the hair is very weakened due to the use of dyes, dryers, straighteners, among other things; therefore, you can apply a moisturizing mask to restore life to your hair, and for better results, you can apply the treatment and wear a cap while you shower. The steam helps open the cuticle and hydrate it.
